Workplace Technology Provisioning Modernization

At Shared Services Canada (SSC), Agency Zed supported the modernization of the Workplace Technology Provisioning (WTP) program, which manages more than 40,000 annual hardware and software transactions across federal departments. The team led business architecture activities to streamline fragmented workflows, align multiple branches, and prepare the program for a transition to Salesforce B2B and MS Dynamics 365. Agency Zed developed future‑state process models, capability maps, and BI metrics that improved transparency and decision‑making. The result was a more scalable, efficient provisioning model that strengthened service delivery across the Government of Canada.
